College Students Recreate Their Favorite Childhood Foods (2021) [Trailer]
Despite the challenges presented by a hybrid semester, we are excited to present Uncover's Spring Video for 2021! Uncovering the A/PIA Vote (2020)
Given 2020’s importance as a United States election year, Uncover chose to explore the topic of civic engagement in the A/PIA community for our annual spring video this year. Asian/Pacific Islander Americans are the fastest growing racial/ethnic minority group in the United States, yet our community often has one of the lowest rates of voter registration and voter participation in comparison to other groups. In this video, we explore factors that have hindered A/PIA’s from political participation and ask members of our community how they relate to their political identity.

In My Mind: A/PIA's and Mental Health (2019)
Uncover decided to explore mental health within the A/PIA community. We asked students if they would be willing to share their personal experiences with mental health, as well as how they view mental health as a broader issue among other A/PIA’s. During their interview, we gave them anonymous statements written by members of the community.
